Really great space and beer! I got their Gravity Well holiday blend the last time I visited and it was delicious. The layout of the brewery has a nice flow and the space is comfortable and perfect for meeting up with friends. Their lot provides easy and convenient parking. Great brewery!

I love this place. Nice people very friendly to both people and dogs. Even the Weed water is delicious. unlike some breweries they have a large amount of taps to choose from. The aged Stout is amazing.

Very nice place with an excellent selection of beer on tap. The quality of each individual drink is high and they have a great variety too. Clean and modern establishment. Well decorated too. They have a plant named Dale to talk to if you get too drunk along with easy access to water.

Troll way IPA! A solid flagship beer. Prices are good. Pouring options are 5, 12, and 16 ounces.

I like this place a lot. Friendly vibe, and a wide selection of tasty beers - one called "Vibe" as it happens! I appreciate the mix of higher abv IPAs and stouts and lower abv lagers, pilsners and assorted German styles. I especially love that they do house beers - simple and good and appealing to many. Summer patio - usually with an adjacent food truck - is a nice scene. Update (Nov. 14, 2023): Still a great place. I'm impressed by the breadth of their good beers, variety-wise. My new fave might be one I tried today, a Saison made with the addition of grapes. It tastes exactly like a Saison made with the addition of grapes, and it's surprisingly great. It's got a disarming, lingering and subtle sweetness at the finish. I know that sounds snooty, but I call em like I taste em. Plus wine, what are you gonna do?

There was a time when Insight was one of my favorite breweries but with the transition in branding and types of beer that they brew it has slipped down my list of Twin Cities breweries to visit and purchase beer from. They do still make good beer but it feels like they have transitioned towards being more generic with something in every style yet nothing that stands out and keeps me wanting to come back. I do still like the space and the outdoor patio space, but in general I feel like with the loss of their narrative themed beers they have also seen less depth in any given beer style.

Insight Brewing has a lovely patio, where I have attended several events including ✨queer night✨ art, foliage, and drag show and a few meetups. The staff are always super polite and helpful, and the event coordinator guy is great. I was particularly happy to see at my last visit that the brewery has added kombucha to the menu! As someone who does not drink alcohol, that means 🎵so much🎶. Love this place! 💙💙
